Charter Support

DISABILITY SUPPORT · AGED CARE · AUSTRALIA-WIDE

Support,
deeply considered.

For autistic adults.

Charter Support matches Australians needing care with workers who specialise in the work itself — built for the depth and complexity real support requires, not the lowest-common-denominator marketplace.

PATHWAYS

What brings you here?

Provide support

Or — you’re the support.

Above-award pay, employed-not-contracted, real career path. We’re building the kind of workplace this industry deserved years ago.

OUR PEOPLE

Meet some of the team.

A few of the 14,000+ workers behind every Charter Support booking. Each one chosen for the depth of their care, not just the boxes they tick.

Portrait of Amani Bekele

8 yrs at Charter · Perth, WA

Physio background. Specialises in complex transfers, post-surgical recovery and the kind of home modifications that quietly change everything.

THE CHARTER DIFFERENCE

Built on a different premise.

Most platforms in this space are marketplaces. We're a workplace. The distinction shapes everything from who shows up at your door to what they're paid to be there.

01

Employed, not contracted.

Every Charter Support worker is directly employed — with sick leave, super, workers comp, real protections. That means lower turnover, real career investment, workers who can afford to do this for the long haul.

02

Above-award pay, transparent.

Published rates that start well above industry award. No commission games, no hidden fees that shrink what your worker actually takes home each shift.

03

You choose. Always.

You browse, you message, you decide. We never assign. The match between you and your worker is the most important decision in this whole process — and it stays yours.

04

Same-day support, 7 days a week.

Need someone tomorrow morning? Usually you'll have options within a few hours. We staff to make that possible — even Sundays, even short notice.

VOICES

From the people doing this work.

Fareeya
“You find people that have your best interests at heart, the kind of people you want in your house. You want someone that has that passion to work in the disability space and cares.”

Parent · NSW

Marcus
“I was a contractor at another platform for three years. The pay was fine, the lack of stability was not. Being employed here — actual super, actual sick leave — is what's keeping me in this industry.”

Marcus

Support worker · 4 yrs at Charter · VIC

Tina
“He's flourishing and doing really well in his own space. You feel so much pride in being able to give him that opportunity. It really is life changing.”

Tina

Parent · Jedd's mum · QLD

SAFETY

It starts with who we hire.

Most platforms call themselves “safe” because they run a background check. We treat safety as a hiring philosophy — every worker passes 47 verification points, gets ongoing training, and is employed under our liability cover.

Every worker, 47 verification points.

NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, police check, first aid and CPR currency, reference checks, ongoing performance reviews — checked once, then re-checked annually.

Comprehensive cover on every booking.

Workers compensation, medical malpractice, public liability — all carried by Charter Support, included on every shift. You and your worker are both protected.

Ongoing training, paid by us.

Manual handling, behaviour support, complex needs — we pay our workers to train. Continual upskilling is part of the job, not an unpaid expectation.

24/7 incident response.

Our team monitors and responds to any incident report around the clock. Most issues are answered within the hour. Serious ones get a senior responder, immediately.

WHEN YOU'RE READY
